Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences fairly.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
We won't cut you off. If you exceed your monthly limit, we'll notify you and apply a simple overage rate. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to get a better per-conversation rate.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. We include onboarding and knowledge base training in your first month. For Enterprise plans, custom integration work may be quoted separately.
How does the free pilot work?
Our pilot program lets you try Nexify AI with real customer conversations for a limited time, often at a significant discount or even free. It's the best way to see the impact before committing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
